ORDINANCE RATIFYING, AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING THE COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF MARION AND THE FRATERNAL ORDER OF POLICE, OHIO LABOR COUNCIL, INC., FOR THE COMMUNICATIONS OFFICERS (COCO) BARGAINING UNIT, INCORPORATING NEGOTIATED CONCESSIONS AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY

            WHEREAS, the Council has been advised the Fraternal Order of Police, Ohio Labor Council, Inc., Communications Officers (COCO) Bargaining Unit expired on May 1, 2014, and

ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE SERVICE DIRECTOR TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT WITH PARK ENTERPRISE CONSTRUCTION CO., INC. FOR THE RESURFACING OF HOLMES PLACE AND UNION STREET, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY

WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 2014-14 authorized the Service Director to spec and bid for the resurfacing of Holmes Place and Union Street, and                                                   

WHEREAS, three companies responded, Park Enterprise Construction Co., Inc. was the lowest and best bid with $40,205.20.
