High Grass and/or Weeds Complaints

This information is provided on the City of Marion website in order to provide our citizens with the most current information regarding high grass and weed complaint procedures. Marion Public Health is the agency that is responsible for collecting information, inspecting properties submitted, and responding to the complaints filed by citizens regarding high grass and weeds in the City of Marion.

Marion Public Health requires complaint information be completed in writing and submitted directly to their office.  Additional information for Marion Public Health’s complaint filing procedures can be found at marionpublichealth.org.

Please note that there are certain legalities and time restrictions that the Health Department must follow prior to their enforcement of Marion City Codified Ordinances.
