"Sock Hop" at the Senior Center
"Sock Hop"
Thursday, February 12th 5:30 – 8:00 pm
Take a trip down memory lane, as we transform the Senior Center into a 1950s high school gymnasium to host a good old-fashioned “Sock Hop”. We encourage you to wear blue jeans, poodle skirts, and saddle shoes!
Our musical guests “The Revisions” are back by popular demand! They will be playing popular hits from iconic entertainers of yesteryear, including Buddy Holly, Connie Frances, Chuck Berry, Patsy Cline and Elvis, to name a few.
In the spirit of the era, we will be serving a choice of an AngusTM Coney dogs or hot dog sandwich, chips, onion rings, root beer floats, and dessert.
Tickets for the Sock Hop are $8 for Senior Center Members/$10 for Non-Members, and are available at the Transportation Desk until Friday, February 6th.
