Help with Heating Bills                             

Need some help with those winter heating bills?  On Monday, February 6th from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Bambi Cameron, from Ohio District 5 Area Agency on Aging will be here to answer questions and help you fill out an application.  You will need proof of citizenship (birth certificate or voter registration card) along with a current heating and electric bill, and proof of income.  Bambi will be seated in front of fireplace.  Call 387-6100 if you have any questions.

Looking for a new hobby? Ever thought about transforming your old boxes of photographs into albums? We all seem to have a lot of pictures and mementos just stashed away in a box; it’s time to take them out. These pictures usually reflect your hobbies, your youth, vacations, or photos of loved ones. Pictures say a thousand words, but what is the use of them, if they set in a box under your bed. It’s time to get them out and create a scrapbook! A retired registered nurse will be at the Center to take your blood pressure.  This is a free service offered to all seniors!  This is a great way to monitor your blood pressure on a monthly basis, so why not take advantage of this free service!

Looking for something new and exciting? Then we have the game for you! Mah Jong is fun and easy to learn and we are looking for new players. Experience is NOT necessary, Come join the fun!
 

Clogging and Jazz Dancers
Wednesdays - starting at 10:00 a.m.
Wanting to try Jazz or Clogging class? Then there is no better time than right now! This class is free and no special shoes are required. What a great way to help you stay in shape while having fun.
 

Hearing Screening
Tuesday, January 10th. 10:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. Beltone Audiology is offering the following services for free: cleaning, checking of hearing aids, and minor repairs and Otoscopic inspection of ears for wax. 

Bingo Brunch
Don’t hesitate to get your ticket today for Wednesday, January 18th at 11:30 a.m. This month’s menu will be Potato Soup, Veal Patty, Dessert and a Drink.  Tickets will be on sale for $4.00 at the Transportation Desk until Friday, January 13th.  Stay for an afternoon of Bingo beginning at 12:30 p.m. Thanks to Lewis Cunningham for calling Bingo.

L. R. C. is played out front on the second Thursday, of every month at 2:30 p.m.  Come join in the fun with Becky and Emily from Acclaim Hospice!  Due to the popularity of this game, we are playing again on Tuesday, January 24th too!
