ANNUAL YARD SALE
On Friday, June 3th, we will hold our annual “inside” Yard Sale in the cool comfort of the Senior Center. The sale will begin at 8:30 a.m. and end at 1:30 p.m. Lunch will be served from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon. The menu is sandwich, salad, dessert and a beverage which will be sold a la carte. Individual seniors may rent a six foot table for $5.00 each. If you would like to have a place to sell all your “treasures” be sure you reserve your table by Friday, May 27th. Let us know if you will need electric. Your rental fee will be due at the time of sign up. The Center reserves the right to cancel the event if we do not rent at least 10 tables by May 27. Each person renting a table will be responsible for setting up their own tables between 2:30 and 3:30 p.m. on Thursday June 2 or between 7:30 and 8:30 a.m. on Friday, June 3rd. Also, you must remove all items you do not sell and clean your area, so you leave it as you found it. You will need to handle your own money and have enough change. This is an opportunity for you to make a few extra dollars. We will advertise the sale on the radio and with a sign at the front of the Center. Please remember to invite your family and friends to the sale. It is open to the general public as well as to seniors. Remember “one man’s junk is another man’s treasure”.
