Tai Chi Chuan

Tai Chi is an abbreviation of “Tai Chi Chuan” which translates into “Supreme Ultimate Fist or Force.” It is a very gentle, low impact form of exercise that anyone can do. It can help relieve stress, improve balance, and help with many other health problems. Steve and Marlene Renick of Water Song know from experience what Tai Chi and Qi Gong can do for you. That is why they offer classes every Wednesday at 2:00 and Friday at 1:30 in the back Multi-purpose for donation only.
Everyone is welcome, so come on out and give it a try!
